Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell. A quotation we issue in response to your enquiry is an invitation to order, and remains subject to stock availability, price confirmation and our acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.

Prices are quoted per enquiry and are valid only for the period stated on the quotation.

Payment terms, delivery terms, incoterms and lead times are agreed per order and set out in the proforma invoice. Title and risk pass as stated there.

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, regulatory clearance or other matters outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold the licences and authorisations required to import, hold, supply and use the products you order, and that the products may lawfully be imported into your market.

You are responsible for storing and handling products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, including cold-chain requirements, from the point at which risk passes to you.

We take care to keep this website accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
