When you submit a quotation request or an enquiry we collect the information you enter in the form: your company name, contact name, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, business type, and optionally your website, expected order value, delivery destination and message, together with the list of products you asked us to price.

Our server also records the time of your submission and your browser’s user-agent string, which we use to detect automated abuse of the form.

Your quote list is held in your own browser’s local storage until you submit it or clear it. It is not sent to us until you press send.

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send your quotation, fulfil any resulting order, and keep in touch with you about that business relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your submission is delivered to our sales team by email, stored in our own database, and may be forwarded to the customer relationship tools we use to track enquiries. These service providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may share limited details with freight forwarders, customs agents and manufacturers where that is necessary to quote or fulfil your order.

We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and to meet our legal, tax and export record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to infoakoglobal@gmail.com and we will respond.

Depending on where you are based you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used — which pages are read, which products are looked at, and roughly where visitors are in the world. It sets cookies in your browser for that purpose and sends the data to Google, who act as our processor. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share this information with anyone else.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland we ask before any of this is set, and nothing is sent to Google unless you accept. To change an answer you gave earlier, clear this site’s data in your browser and you will be asked again.

You can opt out for every site you visit with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Your quote list is kept in your browser’s local storage, which stays on your device and is never transmitted to us except as part of a request you choose to send.
